Refund policy

• Should there be any defects or errors on the printing, we will remake your order at no charge to yourself or refund your money back in full once we receive your returned product. Such refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review your layout carefully, as what you see on the layout is exactly what will be printed. 
• If there are no defects or errors with the printing, but you are not satisfied with the design or the photos after printing, we will not be able to refund any monies, as we cannot guarantee the quality of the photos, only the quality of the printing. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your layout design we send to you for approval before going to print and production. Once this has been approved by yourself, the product will resemble this exactly and any errors other than printing specific errors will be at the customers expense to rectify.
• Print with Passion will not be held liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, theft and/or any other type of misconduct for the order and/or purchase of Print with Passion’s products that are NOT sold on Print with Passion’s website www.printwithpassion.com or Print with Passion’s page on www.takealot.com or bought directly in store.
