Fanie Heymans, born and raised in Welkom, Free State, developed a love for nature and photography early on. His passion for wildlife photography began 22 years ago while exploring the Drakensberg Mountains with his wife. He's an award-winning photographer, with a particular fondness for capturing wildlife in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, South Africa. Now retired, Fanie and his wife reside in St. Helena Bay, where they continue to pursue their interests in hiking, traveling, and camping, always seeking to capture nature's beauty. His motto: "Nature never goes out of style."
